Start With Why - Book Review

I really recommend reading this book as it goes into to what drives success and what drives people to follow you - the short answer is, it’s your own motivation to do what you do. Having a clear sense of WHY is the discriminant between exceptionality and mediocrity, as the book expounds upon with several examples from both the business world and beyond. A must-read for anyone after any kind of entrepreneurial, leadership, influential, or more generally-defined success.
